■ Tracking Information

The tracking code is usually updated within 2-3 business days after placing your order, and you can check it in the order list after logging in.
The tracking code will be updated after the product is shipped, and it may take 2-3 business days for tracking information to appear.
If your tracking code does not populate within the allotted time, please send us an e-mail or contact us through the Contact button at the bottom right of our homepage, and we will help you as soon as possible.

■ Logistics Partners

We have partnered up with Amazon Logistics for warehousing and dispatch services in order to ensure and fulfill our promise of delivering the orders (however the size of order) in maximum 3 business Days. The packaging and dispatches will be handled mostly by Amazon Logistics and some by USPS, UPS and FedEx from our 3PL warehouses across different states of USA.

■ Delivery policy

We start packing immediately after we receive your order, so orders cannot be changed once confirmed. We usually pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days.

Package cannot be packed or shipped when customers provide incorrect shipping address, and packages sent to an invalid or incorrect address cannot be shipped again. Customers are responsible for providing correct address when creating order.
Beauty of Joseon Store will contact the customers who entered incorrect address that cannot be shipped through email(support@beautyofjoseon.store), and the customer is responsible to respond to the mail. When the customer does not respond to the email within 14 days, we will cancel the order, and the customer must re-order the products.

*Please understand that sometimes delivery may be delayed depending on order size due to events or conditions within the shipping company.
*In order to smoothly process US Shipping at a reasonable price, it is sent through our 3PL provider, so samples or event gifts cannot be provided.
