Customers may request a return within 15 days of receipt of the product. No refunds or exchanges are available after 15 days of receipt. The product must not have been used and must be in the same packaging as it was received in order to be returned. Customers must return the package to a designated warehouse, and the customers are responsible for shipping charges for the return.

When the returned product arrives at the designated warehouse, you will be notified by email whether or not a refund has been approved. Please note that your refund request may be denied if the returned product is damaged. The refund process usually takes 1~2 weeks after receiving the returned package.
